Education Programme Development and Training Manager

We are looking for someone who will assist the Head of Educational Programme Development and Training, to develop, implement and maintain a market leading programme of inspirational and innovative performing arts education and ensure consistent delivery of high standards throughout the UK and International Stagecoach business.
You will have strong teaching, communication and presentation skills and have experience in original writing. With the ability to innovate and create, you will also need to provide advice relating to classroom management and have an understanding of Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND). You will have excellent organisational skills and attention to detail and a passion for the performing arts and education of young people.
The role is based at Head Office in Walton on Thames, Surrey, Monday to Friday with occasional weekend working.
Salary; £25-£32k dependent on experience.
